What if I need to reschedule a visit?
Life happens — no issue at all. Just get in touch and we'll find a new time. Please note that maintenance pricing is based on the time since your last completed service, so rescheduled bookings that fall outside the applicable window may require a RESET detail.
Can I change my programme tier later?
Absolutely. As your vehicle's usage changes or your schedule shifts, we can move you between tiers at any point. Just let us know and we'll adjust from your next visit.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No contracts, no lock-ins. The programme runs on trust and results. Clients stay because the service speaks for itself — not because they're obligated to.
Why do I need a RESET first to join?
Maintenance only works when the vehicle underneath is properly prepared. A RESET brings your paint, interior, and protection up to the standard required for ongoing care to actually make a difference. Without that foundation, you're maintaining a problem rather than protecting a result.
What happens if my vehicle goes past 8 weeks?
Vehicles outside 8 weeks may require a RESET detail before re-entering the programme. This ensures the standard is maintained and your vehicle is properly prepared before maintenance visits resume.
What areas do you service?
WH Automotive Detailing is a mobile service covering Logan, Brisbane, and Ipswich council areas. A travel fee of $35 applies for suburbs outside these areas. Not sure if you're covered? Get in touch and we'll confirm.
