No — the client provides access to both water and electricity at the service location. We arrive fully equipped with all tools, products, and machinery needed to complete the detail.

Restoration services (Revive, Fresh Start, Reset, Resurrection) focus on cleaning, restoring, and detailing your vehicle — bringing it back to a maintained standard. Preservation services (Refinement, Correction, Signature) focus on multi-stage paint correction and long-term ceramic coating protection rated from 2 to 5 years. Think of Restoration as getting the car clean, and Preservation as keeping it protected long-term

Yes — a deposit is required to secure every booking. The amount is confirmed with your personalised quote. Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.

Weather cancellations are rescheduled without penalty. We'll notify you and offer the next available date.

Absolutely. We specialise in prestige and enthusiast vehicles. Every vehicle receives the same level of care and professional-grade products regardless of make or model.

For most daily drivers, a full detail every 3–4 months keeps the vehicle in good condition. If you want ongoing care without the hassle, our Maintenance Programme offers scheduled visits every 2–8 weeks starting from $85 per visit. You'll need a Reset or above to qualify.
